The Chicago Bears will come into Lambeau with their backs to the wall and fire in their eyes this Sunday. The Bears will be looking for their first win of the season so expect a tough game this week for the Packers. But the one thing to expect is the unexpected from the Bears. Considering what has happened in the past, this game could add to the legend of this rivalry. The Charles Martin body slam, Majikowski to Sharpe, and Chester Marcol’s touchdown are just some of the most unexpected events in this rivalry. I am sure every fan has a favorite memory and there is a possibility for some new memories this Sunday.
There is nothing I could say that a true fan of the green and gold does not know about this rivalry, so I will try not to bore you with things you already know. The Bears are bringing someone new to this year’s party at Lambeau, his name is Brian Urlacher. Urlacher is Chicago’s new middle linebacker and top draft pick. He is a real talent with good speed and a motor that is always running so beware Dorsey. It looks like Urlacher will be visiting Lambeau for a long time so I guess we will have to get used to him. I am looking for the Bears to pull out all the stops on Sunday, fake punts, reverses, and new formations. This is a must game for the Bears, so a Packers victory would really make this sweet.
Game time is getting closer, so Green Bay fans get ready; it’s the Chicago Bears. It will be time soon to get your colors ready, to stock up with your favorite foods, and beverages. Soon it will be time to get your favorite chair in position and enjoy the greatest rivalry in the NFL. GO PACK GO!!
