Dome, nuff said. Who would think that after two weeks of the NFL season that the only undefeated team in the NFC would be Detroit. Short of the outcome of tonights Dallas/Atlanta matchup.
Da Pack still can't play in a Dome. Even though the biggest win in the last 29 years came in a the Superdome, they still can't get over the dome/artificial turf issue. All the writers will be all over this one if they loose at Minnesota and at Dallas. I missed the game for an annual golf outing, however I was able to view the debacle when I got home. It is amazing that you can watch a 3 hour game in under 30 minutes when you fast forward through the commerials and dead time during a broadcast. I was able to catch bits of the game on a transistor radio during the outing and it didn't sound good it even looked worse on the video tape. I kind of expected this, do to the Pack's track record in Detroit the last few years. Oh well on to Minnesota.
I figure that the only way to get out of this funk is to play the Brown Deer Golf Course home of the Greater Milwaukee Open on my way up to the Bay for the Viking Game. I will be with 60,000 of my closest friends cheering on what is sure to be one hell of a game or one hell of a drunk or both. We will see it the the top three picks can shut down Moss.
I did notice that after the game the Bear fans were more concerned about how the Pack did than how the Bears did. Well with Dorsey going for 57 more yards than Curtis Enis. I guess it is the Bear Fans that have "Enis Envy".
