Hello all of you loyal Football ^FAN^atics,
Hey all you football fans! Are you ready to watch some NFL games to see how good various teams are doing since they drafted some key players? I am very curious about quite a few teams as well as the player that team selected with their draft pick!
Beside that, I am very intrigued with Brett Favre’s decision of continuing his exceptional career in quarterbacking the rather improved Green Bay Packers! That future Hall of Famer is probably the most resilient player that I have watched since becoming a commentator on this one-of-a-kind Website! I haven’t seen or heard of other teams that have commentators (such as myself) having a Website like this rather unique one!
Yesterday on NFL Live on ESPN 1, Ex-Green Bay Packers, head coach Mike Holmgren is close to signing a contract extension that the Seattle Seahawks presented to him. Mike Holmgren was interviewed stating that the Seattle Seahawks have the remaining pieces of their framework to help them achieve the ability to remain a Superbowl contender for years to come.
The main drawback, pointed out by the interviewer, was the fact that they no longer have Left Guard, Steve Hutchinson. Their main running back (Shaun Alexander) was very bold in his prediction for the 2006 NFL season. Basically, he wants to have the greatest rushing season title, since the NFL started keeping record. So I am assuming that he is far better than all the great running backs that have competed in this league, ever!
In my understanding, Coach Mike Holmgren expects his team to be in Super Bowl XLI -- Feb. 4 -- Dolphin Stadium (Miami, Fla.) With the Bus retiring last season, the Pittsburgh Steelers probably won’t be defending their win of Super Bowl XLI! Who knows, but at the start of 2006 season, every team seems invincible, until their first loss.
I just bet you that the Green Bay Packers who now are content with having Brett Favre at their helm have different ideas about how well the Seahawks do in the NFC!
