Hello, all you football fans! I certainly hope that you are enjoying this time of year, with the hope that your favorite football team will win the Superbowl in 2006!

    I have been watching NFL “LIVE” on ESPN1 or ESPN2 alot lately as I have recorded almost every episode. Trey Wingo is the primary commentator but he receives alot of insight from Mike Golic and Sean Salsbury.

    On 8/1/05, their “opening drive” mentioned that the Minnesota Vikings have made a “massive transformation.” Maybe that means that the reknowned Purple People Eaters have been resurrected for the years to come.

    A head coach that deserves a monetary bonus is Marvin Lewis of the Cincinnati Bengals. With him as their head coach, they had 2 non-losing seasons in consecutive years. That is the first time since 1988-1990 to accomplish that streak.

    The Cincinnati Bengals quarter-back, Carson Palmer, had a passer rating over 100 in the previous 3 seasons. Are they playoff bound? Their previous appearance was in 1990, so they must certainly be sick of their season ending rather quckly after the regular season ends!
