"NFL Draft Picks!"

Greeting all you football fans! I recorded the NFL draft on my VCR and took a few notes on the first 10 picks of the first round. On April 23rd and 24th the NFL draft took place. Although, I made an exception and thought that I should write about the Green Bay Packers, as this is their Website!

Ted Thompson didn’t think that Aaron Rogers would be available so, the Green Bay Packers chose him in the first round with their number 24 pick. He is a fine quarterback, with excellent mechanics of both his feet and arm placement. He is 6 foot 2 inches and 223 pounds.

Mr. Brett Favre is his favorite quarterback. Even-though, he has some huge shoes to fill, in my mind, he might come close to filling those shoes on the field but no where even close off the field of play. Brett certainly is a leader both on and off the field. It is obvious of his leadership qualities, with the way his teammates follow his guide

1ST ROUND

#1 SAN FRANCISCO picked QB Alex Smith from Utah

#2 MIAMI picked RB Ronnie Brown from Auburn

#3 CLEVELAND picked WR Braylon Edwards from Michigan

#4 CHICAGO picked RB Cedric Benson from Texas

#5 TAMPA BAY picked RB Carnell “Cadillac” Williams from Auburn

#6 TENNESSEE CB Adam “Pacman” Jones from West Virginia

#7 MINNESOTA (FROM OAKLAND) WR Troy Williams from South Carolina

#8 ARIZONA CB Antrel Rolle from Miami

#9 WASHINGTON picked CB Carlos Rogers from Auburn

#10 DETROIT WR Mike Williams from USC

Gods Peace and Love to you! Sincerely, LOU^U.P.^
