No matter how you slice it, 3-1 is still 3-1. The Packers are at the top of their division with a record of 3 wins and 1 loss, I’ll take it! It has been obvious that the Packers could very well be 0-4 and in the cellar looking up. Sometimes winning ugly isn’t so bad in the standings. I am sure the Packers are fully aware that this type of play can’t continue and hopefully it won’t. There will be games down the road where the Packers will play well and lose, that’s the way it goes. Sure the Pack is battling injuries, but in the first game they were healthy and still looked terrible. It’s not all bad though, some players like Favre, Driver, and Cletidus Hunt are playing good ball. I have a feeling they will turn it around, hopefully before the bye week. Hey, even Joe Johnson made some plays last week! I have been pretty harsh on replacing Antuan Edwards, so last week I got my wish. Matt Bowen didn’t exactly play well either, but he did cause a fumble. Even though he also was out of position on a few plays, the hustle to the ball was there. No matter who is in the lineup there are too many mistakes being made to win consistently. Until next time, stay safe!
This Monday comes the Bears on the schedule, need I say more?
