What a game. Do you think that catch can win an ESPY. It will sure be a finalist. This was the first trip to the Mecca of pro football for the "Head Cheesehead" and I think it had all the elements of a game at Lambeau. It had weather, a packed house, four hour pre-game tailgate, trip to the Hall of Fame and a pre-game lunch at Krolls. Not to mention the mandatory souvenir hunt at the Packer Pro Shop. I think a good time was had by all. Having been to several games over the years I was able to direct us out of Green Bay ahead of the masses. I was able to hear Wayne Larivee on a Cell phone stuck in traffic near the Green Bay correctional institute about the time we were passing the Port Washington exit.
It was nice to meet Jim Bacik on Sunday. Maybe this should be a pre-game ritual, if it can steer the Pack to a win. It was a great Sunday, we were even able to coax a free pitcher out of the bartender.
It is hard to remain optimistic on the Pack. Dorsey Levens and Brian Williams are likely out for the season and Corey Bradford is questionable for this week. We will certainly see what the Pack is made of in the next couple of weeks. The Tampa game is huge, but I guess all of them are big from now on. Go Pack.
