Greetings all you football fans!
It is about starting season in the NFL and I have something to get off my chest. I find it very difficult to understand why these professional football players (stars) need to renegotiate their playing contracts. I come from a family of hard working contactors (carpenters) who gave it there all, no matter if the location where the work was desirable or undesirable. If the completion of the job was despicable, it didn’t meet your boss’s approval. So obviously, your boss wasn’t satisfied with your performance and it had to be done again. The people that hired us expected the job to meet their approval. If it didn’t, then my boss wouldn’t get paid and have to absorb the loss of time as well as money!
I was a professional carpenter and I never renegotiated my contract of my job! I’m sure that there are many of you fellow football fans that are perturbed about these NFL players asking to have their contract renegotiated. They signature on that contract should be their sign of faith to please their boss’s. That signed contract means that, if their performance was exceptional, they lived up to their performance level. However, if their performance was discreditable, then perhaps they need to perform remarkably well on their next play or game! Conversely, if they show poor performance, should the team renegotiate their contract for less money?
All you fans, just remember to help Deanna’s cause by buying those new pink Green Bay Packers hats for they are helping to score a touchdown against cancer!
Gods Peace to you! Until next time, LOU^U.P.^
