Greetings all you football fans! I do hope that this time of year heightens your level to sit through some enthusiastic football games as alot of teams veterans had to report to their teams training site today!
Pardon me for misspelling the Miami Dolphins head coach name. It is Nick Saban not Nick Sabian.
I just watched NFL “LIVE” on ESPN2 that I recorded this morning (7/27/05) and took down quite a few juicy tidbits. Trey Wingo and Sean Salsbury the commentators for that show reported in their “opening drive” that the Green Bay Packers veterans had to report today and have a training camp scheduled for Friday the 29th.
They went on talking about how Javon Walker needs a full training camp to have a repeat performance of last year, or maybe he will do better this year. Also, they mentioned that the Packers definetely need to reshape their whole defensive scheme.
Then Drew Brees of the San Diego Chargers was live on that show, saying he will out perform his performance of 2004-05. Even-though, as a veteran, he still appeared with the rookies as he said that he wants to outdo his stellar performance of the
2004-05 season.
I heard on WJMN channel 3 that Bubba Franks is still unsigned and can’t show up to any training camp with the Green Bay Packers until he is signed. His performance was excellent last year and the Packers should compensate him with some sort of monetary compensation. If they don’t then they need to do some sort of higher up shuffling as Brett Favre should have an outstanding player that he is catching his passes, this could be Brett’s final year as the quarterback of the Green Bay Packers.
All you fans, just remember to help Deanna’s cause by buying those new pink Green Bay Packers hats for they are helping to score a touchdown against cancer!
Gods Peace and Love to you! Until next time, LOU^U.P.^
